Overview:

Six exports of crushing and screening machinery to Moroni (Comoros) between Q1 and Q4 2025.

My Role:

Negotiated commercial terms, managed buyer communication, oversaw documentation and dispatch.

Impact:

Established Minex as a trusted supplier in a new African market; € 198,800 in cumulative revenue and repeat orders. AI-based forecasting and prioritisation logic were used to schedule shipments, reducing lead time by ~25% and improving on-time execution.

2 . Zambia High-Value Export

Overview:

Single high-value export order worth 1.3 Crore for a 250 TPH secondary station project in Lusaka.

My Role:

Led pricing and contract terms, supervised export documentation under LUT scheme.

Expanded Minex’s footprint in Southern Africa and improved export documentation efficiency by 25%. Documentation flows were redesigned using digital checklists and templates derived from my AI-driven documentation and compliance framework.

3. UAE Market Hub

Overview:

Initiated Dubai operations to serve Middle East clients and logistics partners.

My Role:

Developed partner pipeline, documented market evaluation reports, and coordinated initial registrations.

Impact:

Early traction for a regional distribution model that will reduce lead time by ~35%. Partner selection and opportunity ranking were supported by my AI-assisted market evaluation system, helping to focus efforts on the most promising distributors.
